BarrelDrop is a peer-to-peer shipping marketplace that connects senders (individuals who wish to ship goods) with verified shipping providers. Our Platform facilitates:

- Booking and scheduling of shipments
- Secure payment processing with escrow protection
- Real-time shipment tracking
- Communication between senders and providers
- Group shipping coordination
- Dispute resolution
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Shipping Providers
Shipping providers on BarrelDrop are independent third parties, not employees or agents of BarrelDrop. Providers must:
- Complete identity verification and business licensing
- Maintain required insurance coverage
- Comply with all applicable shipping laws and customs regulations
- Provide accurate pricing and delivery estimates
- Handle shipments with reasonable care
- Provide photo proof of delivery
5. Payments and Escrow
All payments made through the Platform are processed securely and held in escrow until the sender confirms delivery. Key payment terms:
- Payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
- A platform fee (8-12%) is included in quoted prices
- Providers receive payment after delivery confirmation
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- Disputes are resolved through our dispute resolution process
6. Prohibited Items
Users may not ship items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by applicable laws and customs regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, or explosives
- Hazardous materials
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Items prohibited by destination country customs
7. Limitation of Liability
BarrelDrop acts as a marketplace connecting senders and providers. While we verify provider credentials and offer escrow protection, we are not directly responsible for the physical shipping of goods. Our liability is limited to the platform fee charged for the transaction. Additional shipment insurance is available at checkout.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a sender and provider, BarrelDrop will act as a mediator. Users agree to participate in good faith in our dispute resolution process before pursuing external legal remedies. Escrow funds will be held until the dispute is resolved.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of BarrelDrop Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
